The infamous pig farmer from Vancouver, "Uncle Willie" aka Robert Pickton, lured prostitutes back to his farm with money and drugs. He is said to have an IQ of only 82, poor hygiene and smelled like pig poo. He trolled for hookers in a motor home at times. 49 women did not make it back out of the farm alive.

King describes the years the women were disappearing and how the investigation finally got under way and led to Pickton. The search for evidence on the pig farm cost $70 million, lasted over a year with a staff of 270. Not one complete body was found, but enough DNA to convict. The un-eloquent farmer reveals very little in his police interviews.

This book gives a look into what little information the police finally revealed and the many horrifying possibilities hinted at. The truth is only finally being revealed to the media as recently as this month. Butcher is a good over view of the case. But considering there are 49 murders - someone could go in to much greater depth and detail on this case if they get access and do some investigating.
